Job Title: Health Records Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description/Responsibilities

• Document and record patient appointments
• Document new patients registration
• Daily collation, sorting and filing of medical records and case notes
• Daily filing of laboratory results, radio-logical reports and ECG tracing in to patients’ notes
• Monitoring movement of patients case notes
• Good communication skills
• Good team player
• Ability to use Microsoft applications
• Must be organized
• Good analysis skills
• Document doctors’ consultation with patients
• Make available patient’s records and details when required
• Monitoring the movement of case notes and issuing tracer cards for case notes
• Common Attributes:
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills

Educational Requirements:

• HND in Health Information Management
• Registered with Health Records Registration Board of Nigeria
• 1-3 years relevant experience
