1.) Group Chief Operating Officer
Qualification & Experience
- A good University degree in Economics or any of the Social Sciences
- Must possess ACA or any similar professional qualification
- Sound knowledge of financial and management consultancy
- Computer iterate with analytical mind and ability to work independently to produce results
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience
- Not above 50 years of age.
2.) General Manager (Insurance Brokerage)
Qualification & Experience
- A good University degree in any of the Social Sciences or its equivalent
- Sound knowledge of insurance brokerage practice
- Computer literate with analytical mind and result-oriented
- Ability to manage an Insurance brokerage company independently
- Must possess ACIIN
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience
- Not above 50 years of age.
3.) Executive Assistant to the Chairman
Qualification & Experience
- A good University degree
- Requisite skill in office management
- Computer literate plus high level of ICT skill.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
- Not above 45 years of age.
4.) Group Internal Control Manager
Qualification & Experience
- A good University degree in Accounting or any related discipline
- Sound knowledge of auditing and internal control procedures
- Computer literate with analytical mind
- Must possess ACA or any similar professional qualification
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience
- Not above 50 years of age.
5.) Head, Business Development & Marketing
Qualification & Experience
- A good University degree in Marketing or any related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of business policies and ability to manage customers relationship.
- Computer literate with ability to lead and good inter-personal skills.
- Minimum of 8 years cognate experience
- Not above 45 years of age.
6.) Group Corporate Affairs Manager
Qualification & Experience
- A good University degree in Mass Communication or any related discipline.
- Sound knowledge of public affairs and corporate practice.
- Computer literate with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum of 8 years cognate experience
- Not above 45 years of age.
