The team is newly broken out of the SWITCH structure with a direct reporting line to the Global Sales & Marketing President. A finance team is now being formed to support the Sales Specialist organisation. There is a need for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for providing high quality analysis, regular reporting and commission tracking for the Sales Specialists. The role will span all sub-SBUs globally.Essential responsibilities include:- Involvement in the quarterly rolling sales forecast for Sales Specialists - Commission analysis - Proactive ad hoc analysis to help drive sales and improve performance - Trend analysis (e.g. product sets taken by particular types of customer) - Pipeline analysis - Expense management - Headcount tracking - Performance analysis
SkillsRequired skills:
- Experience of working within Finance - Experience working in a large global company - Management accounting experience - Strong financial analysis skills, including good Excel skills (e.g. use of pivot tables, look ups) - Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills - Highly motivated and proactive individual - Ability to build and maintain relationships - finance community, local account managers, senior management
Qualifications:
- Part-Qualified Accountant preferred
